We work every day to guarantee a quality delivery service with our partners GLS or Colissimo, by offering you three delivery methods according to your needs. The availability of the delivery method depends on the weight and size of the package. The shipping cost is fixed. Silumen France reserves the right to change the carrier for all orders placed on the site if necessary.
Shipping costs include preparation and packing costs as well as postage. There are no hidden fees. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package and its size. Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment WITHOUT counting the delivery times of our carriers.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately. Shipping charges are applied to each of them. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
- United Kingdom:
Your order is likely to be delivered in several packages (multi-package) with GLS. You will receive an email / SMS with the tracking number (s) when your package leave from our warehouse. In case of multi-parcel, all your parcels are numbered and tracked.

/! IMPORTANT : Your package is likely to be delivered in letter box if the dimensions of the package allow it. In case of absence, a notice will be filed. Pick up your parcel at the post office closest to you (please refer to the one on the notice).
We do not accept any responsibility for longer delivery times due to the carrier in case of major forces, loss of products or strike. In the cases mentioned above, please contact us to start an investigation with the carrier. All efforts are made, as long as necessary, to find this package. If necessary we will deliver a new identical package at our charges, or refund the total amount of the order.
All products leave our depot logistic in perfect condition. The customer must report to the carrier (or postman) the slightest trace of shock (holes, traces of crushing, etc.) on the package, and if necessary to refuse the package. An identical new product will be returned to you at no cost.
If you are not able to check your entire package during delivery or prefer to accept the package despite its apparent deterioration, you have 48 hours (two working days) to report to us after unpacking, the receipt of an item broken or damaged.
In case of undelivered or lost package, we will ask you to provide us with a certificate on honor.
Silumen France can not be held responsible for any failure of delivery due to an address declared as incomplete by the carrier. In case of return of a parcel marked "incomplete address" or declared NPAI (does not live at the address indicated) by the carrier company, we will make a credit or cancel the order upon its return in our offices.
Please note that the deadline of 15 consecutive days is not exceeded to pick up your parcel in your postal office or point of withdrawal.
The voucher or refund will be reduced by the amount of delivery costs incurred by Silumen France including "Free Shipping" operations since our company pays in all cases the amount of delivery to the carrier.
In the case where the parcel is returned for a reason which is attributable to you (unclaimed parcel, erroneous / incomplete address ...), you will have to pay new shipping fees before any forwarding of the parcel if the free shipping was not reached.
Return of products
You have 14 days to change your opinion (known as the withdrawal period). This right also applies to a product sold or destocked. You do not need to motivate or justify your decision. The delay begins upon receipt of your order.
All returns have to reported in advance to our Silumen France customer service. The product must be returned to the depot logistics located at the following address: The First - Mandarin And Co, 86-114 Avenue Louis Roche, Bâtiment B Hall 303, 92230 Gennevilliers, FRANCE.
The simple return of the good without declaration or the refusal to take delivery are not enough to express your will to retract. You must send a written form expressing your desire to retract by email or using the contact form.
Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition of resale will be taken back. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return. In the hypothesis of the exercise of the right of retraction, the consumer has the choice to ask for either the refund of the sums paid, or the exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the return will be at the expense of the consumer.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Silumen France will refund the consumer within a maximum period of fifteen (15) working days from the return date of goods.
