We work every day to guarantee a quality delivery service with our partners GLS or Colissimo, by offering you 3 delivery methods according to your need. The availability of the delivery method depends on the weight and some dimension of the package. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form and only to the geographical areas that we serve.

DELIVERY DELAY

Packages are generally shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment WITHOUT counting delivery times of our carriers.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

DELIVERY RATE

The delivery rate is fixed. Silumen reserves the right to involve the service provider and the services of its choice for all orders placed on the site.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs include the cost of preparation and packing as well as the shipping costs. There are no hidden costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package and its dimension.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

CONDITION OF THE PACKAGE
